I first started taking BPC 157 on 27 May 25 Mostly for RH shoulder pain and Left arm golfers elbow, causing limitations with my workouts at the gym for many many months Around 2 weeks in some of the weight exercises I couldnt do due to pain in those area, have eased off, actually can say I’m experiencing very minimal or no pain I’m still somewhat sceptical but I’ll continue with daily dosages and in fact I’ll be ordering again, I believe this is a great product
